Our Muka Kadayıf Company started its operations in 1974 in Nizip, Gaziantep district, as the profession of our grandfather (Mehmet Usta) and is now a 50-year-old (half-century) family company that has been handing down the finesse of the profession from generation to generation, handed over to Engineer Mustafa Usta.
