About Us
Our company, founded by Mehmet Usta (father), started its business in 1957 in Nizip district of Gaziantep, making kadayıf (a type of Turkish dessert) by hand. It is now a 70-year-old family business where the intricacies of the craft are passed down from generation to generation, now under the leadership of his son Mustafa.
It produces wholesale regional products used in the making of traditional Turkish desserts such as shredded phyllo dough (tel kadayıf), fried phyllo dough (kadayıf), custard-style phyllo dough (muhallebi kadayıf), bird's eye (bülbül yuvası) phyllo dough (kuşgözü/bülbül yuvası), pistachio cream, pişmaniye, melenk, and cone-shaped pastries.
We possess all the necessary documentation and production takes place in the most hygienic environments, using the highest quality materials, under the supervision and control of engineers.
Following in his father's footsteps, he took over the flag in his shadow and today he is present in Europe, America, and Asia.
By exporting to 30 countries, we are taking the company even further and offering this delicious product to the appreciation of the whole world.
